Paros June 2018

Meraki – A Greek word, meaning to do something with soul, creativity, or love, to put something of yourself into your work.

Carri Uranga and myself had a lovely week hosting a yoga retreat in Paros at Okreblue Yoga Retreat Centre. We took turns teaching two yoga sessions a day, Vinyasa Flow in the morning and yin/restorative yoga in the evening.

With plenty of free time in the day, mid week we all decided to take a group excursion. This trip we set sail…

taking it all in…

and having a lot of laughs …

Friends and food are always high on my list of importance… meals alway included 🙂

and unwinding after all that yoga!!

As with any journey, who you travel with can be more important than your destination.

I had such an amazing time with old friends and new… feeling thoroughly thankful for the opportunity to share my love of yoga, teaching and spending time with you all on this trip x

“Life is passing rapidly. Fiercely commit to every moment you find beautiful and remember it. Record it. Fully, wholeheartedly inhabit it. Awareness is one of the greatest things you can possess in this life as it is as important as the air we breathe and the water we drink to stay alive”. – Victoria Erickson.
